Welcome to TimeCapsulesHub. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our platform for creating, storing, and scheduling digital time capsules.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using TimeCapsulesHub, you agree to these Terms. If you do not accept them, please stop using the platform immediately.

2. User Responsibilities

You must provide accurate account information.
You are responsible for all activity under your account.
You must not upload harmful, illegal, or copyrighted content without rights.
You may not use the service for harassment, fraud, or abuse.

3. Content Ownership

You retain full ownership of your uploaded files, text, and time capsules. However, you grant TimeCapsulesHub permission to store and display your content as required to operate the service.

4. Credits & Subscriptions

Each account receives monthly credits.
Additional credits are gained from referrals or paid plans.
Credits are consumed when creating time capsules.
Credits may expire if unused.

5. Scheduling & Release

You can schedule time capsule releases for future dates. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the release date. If you delete your account, all scheduled capsules are deleted permanently.

6. Limitation of Liability

TimeCapsulesHub is not responsible for:

Loss of data due to third-party service outages.
Delays in capsule release due to technical issues.
Incorrect information provided by users.

7. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, upload harmful content, or abuse the system.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform means you accept the updated version.
